Do I need to be good with Google Sheets?

No. Every formula is already written and every dropdown is already filled. You type three actions and tick boxes. The Quick Start Guide covers the setup in about ten minutes.

Does it do the work for me?

No, and I won't pretend otherwise. You do the actions and you tick them off yourself. What the system does is turn those check-ins into an execution rate, streaks and a dashboard — so skipping the work becomes a decision instead of a drift.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, through the Google Sheets app or a browser. Do the first setup on a laptop if you can, then check in from your phone.

How long does this actually take each day?
