2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website, purchasing a product, accessing a members area, downloading a template, generating an AI Habit Blueprint, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

3. What We Sell

Our products may include digital habit trackers, Google Sheets templates, printable resources, video lessons, quick-start guides, bonuses, AI-generated habit reports, community access, and other related digital materials.

4. Digital Access & Delivery

8. No Guaranteed Results

Our products are designed to help you plan, track, and improve your habits. They do not guarantee specific personal, health, productivity, financial, business, emotional, or lifestyle results.

You are responsible for using the tools consistently. Habit Mastery System does not automatically perform your habits for you or automatically verify real-world actions. You enter, check off, and manage your own habit data.

Our content, templates, dashboards, reports, and AI-generated recommendations are for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, fitness, nutrition, or professional advice. If you need professional support, speak with a qualified professional.

10. AI Habit Blueprint

If you use our AI Habit Blueprint or similar personalized report features, the output is generated from the information you submit and automated logic. AI-generated content may be incomplete, imperfect, or not suitable for your exact situation.

You should use AI-generated recommendations as general guidance, not as professional advice or guaranteed instruction. We may store submitted responses and generated reports as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. License & Intellectual Property

When you buy or access our digital products, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal or internal use.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, modify for resale, give away, recreate, or compete with our templates, videos, documents, prompts, designs, dashboards, systems, downloads, or course materials without written permission.

All website content, product names, templates, graphics, videos, copy, files, frameworks, and related materials remain the property of Habit Mastery System or our licensors.

12. Account Access & Security

If we provide access to a community, comments, reviews, challenges, forms, or feedback areas, you agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, misleading, spammy, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else’s rights.

We may remove content, restrict access, or remove users from community areas at our discretion.
